Monitoring Kiosks
As a kiosk owner you no
longer need to worry whether your kiosk, located in a
shopping mall 150 miles away from your office, is
working or not. You can now monitor the operation of
your kiosks right from your office or even from your
home. WiSK enables you to monitor your kiosks 24 hours a
day, 365 days a year and allows you to:

status by asking for a standard “heartbeat” message

Check for errors with
peripherals in the kiosk ( printers, currency
readers, etc.)
Using WiSK, a kiosk can
be programmed to send an alert message (a pager message)
if an operational error is detected. For instance, if
the printer in the kiosk runs out of paper, or if the
currency reader is jammed, then WiSK can send an email
and/or pager message to a selected service engineer (or
more than one) regarding the problem. WiSK also sends a
message to the office about the problem, and stores all
such messages for future analysis. This alone will
significantly reduce the downtime of your kiosks and
will improve the efficiency of operation. It’s simple
common sense that your kiosk will likely generate higher
revenues if the downtime is minimal. WiSK helps you
