Reports From Kiosks

WiSK provides you with powerful information based on which you can make thoughtful business improvement decisions. WiSK keeps track of all the transactions at a kiosk and sends them to the our server or a server located at your office. Our proprietary software processes this data into neatly formatted reports and provides you the much needed insight into your business. WiSK reporting functionality focuses on reporting Financial data and Marketing data.

Financial Data
Unfortunately, some people are not honest. Though it’s uncommon, some service people tamper with kiosks to generate incorrect reports, so that they can mislead the kiosk owner about the revenue generated by a kiosk. As a kiosk owner, when you do not have first-hand access to the revenue reports at the kiosk, a dishonest employee is at an advantage and may have the opportunity to cheat. These losses due to tampering can be completely eliminated by WiSK, as it can provide automatic revenue reports directly to your office via the wireless network on a periodic basis (daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, or whatever you wish). As a WiSK-enabled kiosk owner you can:

• Receive periodic revenue reports from every kiosk (daily/weekly/etc.)

• Create graphical reports on geographical and chronological revenue distribution

• Generate a summary of all transactions in a specified period of time

Marketing Data
How do you improve your kiosk business? How can you know which display screen on your kiosk attracts more customers, which modes/options are used or played more frequently, or which background music attracted more teenaged customers? All of this invaluable data can be captured and reported by WiSK. As WiSK keeps track of all the transactions at your kiosk 24 x 7, it can record the ‘mode’ (and other context-sensitive information) from your kiosk when each transaction occurs. The data processing system analyzes this information and sends you a periodic summary report. A WiSK-enabled kiosk can send reports such as:

• Revenue per mode / music / display screen

• Revenue per time slots

• Revenue per kiosk options chosen

• Revenue per venue

WiSK can further be used to capture and send any custom information from the kiosk. Designed to be a generalized messaging system, it is limited only by your imagination and the information generated by your system.
